In 2018 we took ownership of Congl Cae with a dream to convert the site into luxurious holiday accommodation on the Llyn Peninsula. Located off the B4417 in the village of Llangwnnadl and with stunning views across to the coast and easy access to the local villages of Morfa Nefyn, Aberdaron and Abersoch it is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the delights of the peninsula.
Subject to finalising planning we hope there will be 3/4 luxury holiday rentals available for let.
The first of these properties “Neigwl Farmhouse” is due to be completed by April 2019 and we are now taking bookings for May onwards.
The Farmhouse has been luxuriously renovated and now consists of 2 reception rooms, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms incl 2 en-suite. It benefits from central heating in all rooms and has high speed wifi available. There are smart TVs in both the lounge and master bedroom.
Open Plan Kitchen Dining Room – a large open plan kitchen diner with a feature rustic 8 seater dining table. Fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, this room also has the first of two wood burning stoves
Large Lounge/ Sitting Room – with two three seater sofas, a wood burning stove and views across the peninsula there is no better room to relax and sit back than here
Downstairs Utility/ Bathroom – there is separate utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and shower room with toilet facilities. A perfect room to wash down after a day on the beach.

Master Bedroom (with Ensuite) – with stunning views across the peninsula this large double bedroom has its own ensuite facilities and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2 (with Ensuite) – with similarly stunning views this is another double bedroom with its own ensuite facilities and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3 – double bedroom offering great views and plenty of wardrobe space
Bedroom 4 – the kids room and fitted with bunk beds and plenty of wardrobe and storage space
Bathroom – with a freestanding bath and views across the to peninsula this is a place to go for the ultimate relaxation after a days walking or on the beach
We are happy to take pets but would ask that it is limited to two dogs and that they are not left in the property unattended at any point in time.
Bookings run Friday to Friday and we are happy to consider shorter breaks outside of the main children’s holidays.
